Our building is in the heart of Broad Ripple, next door to Fresh Thyme, overlooking the Canal Towpath at 815 E 63rd Place.
There is a parking lot dedicated to our clients in front of our building with plenty of spaces available. During peak hours (3-6 pm Monday-Thursday), you may find the parking lot full when you arrive. There is ample street parking across the street as well as around the corner on Carrollton Ave when you’re unable to find a space in our dedicated lot.
Unfortunately, no. There is a flight of stairs to enter the first floor of our building and many of our therapists are located on the top floor, which is up 3 flights of stairs total from the parking lot. If you are able to take stairs but have other questions about accessibility, please ask your therapist when you reach out to them. Virtual appointments are also an option if building accessibility limits your ability to attend in-office appointments.
Yes, many of our clinicians offer telehealth appointments to clients located anywhere in the state of Indiana. Some clinicians offer limited or restricted telehealth appointments based on clinical considerations. Please let your therapist know if you’d like virtual sessions when you reach out to them.
Each clinician sets their own rates, you can find detailed information on pricing at the bottom of each therapist’s individual profile page.
Each clinician makes their own decisions about which insurance plans (if any) they are in-network with. Most of our clinicians are solely out-of-network providers. With out-of-network services, you may still be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance depending on your plan benefits. Therapy services are also generally eligible for HSA payments. You can find detailed information about whether or not a therapist is in-network with your insurance at the bottom of each therapist’s individual profile page. You can ask your provider and your insurance company about out-of-network benefits if desired.
We’re an intentional community of independently practicing clinicians who share an office building, a website presence, and other resources. We frequently refer to one another and coordinate care with permission from clients when appropriate, which enables us to provide holistic and integrated services that are relationally-informed.
Hooray! You can find everything you need to know to take your next steps by visiting our “contact” page. Each therapist has their own process–your therapist may have a scheduling link you can use to schedule a free consultation or intake appointment, or you may need to contact them via email or phone (text or call) to schedule. However you connect, you’re doing something brave and good for yourself, your therapist looks forward to working with you!
