KIMBERLY
O'Connell
LMFT, MT-BC
Kimberly O’Connell, LMFT, helps adults, couples, aging adults, and college students reconnect to their inner rhythm and create lasting change in how they feel, relate, and show up for themselves and others. She integrates the Restoration Therapy model with a relational, experiential approach, helping clients navigate old patterns, grief, and life shifts with clarity and connection. Her background in hospitals and hospice gives her unique insight into trauma and family systems, which informs her work supporting clients toward steadiness, growth, and relational well-being.
