Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we would like to continue to fulfill your therapy needs while also taking precautions to be safe to everyone who enters our building. We will be implementing the following guidelines to best serve you.
You can learn more about me by visiting Joyful Counseling.
- We have invested in a HIPAA compliant video conference that is easy and simple to use. Your therapist will assist you in setting up your appointment. All you need is a private space, and an internet capable device that can do a video conference (such as a smart phone, tablet or computer). Please let your therapist know as soon as possible if you have any questions about what an online session is like. Attached is also an information document on setting up your online appointment to assist you.
- If you feel sick in any way and cannot attend your virtual appointment, please alert your therapist as soon as possible. We have reduced the within 24 hours cancellation fee to $25 so please call as soon as you can. 317-490-8492.
- If your clinician does become sick we will notify you as soon as possible and if need be, we will find you an appropriate referral to see another therapist as soon as we can. If you feel that you need immediate care please be honest about this so that we know to assist you with possible options.
